一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍

高溫?zé)煔夥序v爐是一種能夠燃燒劣質(zhì)煤的新爐型，從燃燒方式上，它克服了層燃爐和噴燃爐的缺點(diǎn)，是一種新型的流化床式燃燒爐，燃料經(jīng)破碎成10mm以下的顆粒，由調(diào)速機(jī)械均勻地送入爐膛，可控的高壓風(fēng)通過布風(fēng)板上的風(fēng)帽孔射入爐床，燃料在高壓風(fēng)的作用下呈流態(tài)化沸騰狀燃燒，產(chǎn)生高溫?zé)釤煔?，爐內(nèi)燃燒通過控制給煤、風(fēng)量、風(fēng)壓、尾氣溫度.使燃燒供熱具有良好的控制性；沸騰爐可使用劣質(zhì)燃料.氮化物生成少，易脫硫具有顯著的環(huán)保優(yōu)勢(shì)。在節(jié)能、環(huán)保意識(shí)日漸增強(qiáng)的今天，鼓勵(lì)和推廣煤的潔凈燃燒技術(shù)已列入我國節(jié)能法,沸騰爐 已廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、化工、建材、非金屬礦等領(lǐng)域的礦渣、粘土、煤粉、復(fù)合肥、天然石膏、非金屬礦粉等各種原料和物料的烘干、焙燒提供熱能。

  Fluidized bed combustion boiler(FBC boiler) is a new tech of burning with fluidized bed principle.It’s very different to the stoker and burner.The fuel (coal) have to crash the granularity below 10mm,then feed into the hearth evenly by the lifter.The coal are burning like the fluidized bed above the hearth by the high pressure air from the blast caps which distribute under the hearth.The heating load can been controlled by the fuels supply,air volume,wind pressure and off-gas’temperature.FBC boiler is widely used for coal,coal sludge,sludge,slag,sand,chemical fertilizer,gypsum and plenty of other materials drying or calcination.
